The CSB HR 1234W F2 is a valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) rechargeable battery, which uses absorbent glass mat (AGM) technology to ensure extremely high gas recombination efficiency, reaching 99%. This model belongs to the HR series, which stands for High Rate, and has been specifically designed for applications requiring fast and powerful discharge, making it the ideal choice for high-performance UPS systems and emergency standby power services. Physically, the battery has a compact structure with a length of approximately 150.9 mm, a width of 64.8 mm, and a total height, including terminals, of 98.6 mm. The total weight is approximately 2.50 kg. Regarding connections, it is equipped with F2-Faston Tab 250 terminals, measuring 6.35 mm in width. The electrical performance is remarkable, with a nominal voltage of 12V and a capacity to deliver 34W per cell for a duration of 15 minutes. The battery can withstand a maximum discharge current of 130A for 5 seconds, while the recommended maximum charging current is 3.40A. Its service life is estimated up to 5 years in standby service at a temperature of 25°C, demonstrating great reliability over time. Finally, the battery ensures wide thermal operability, being able to work during discharge between -15°C and 50°C.
